For grades and sizes held in our 400+ tonne ready stock, we typically send quotes back the same day. For non-stock items, large forged sections or volume orders, we'll come back with a realistic delivery date when we quote — and stick to it.
The more specific, the faster we can quote. Ideally include the grade (e.g. EN19, EN24, D2, OHNS), the form and size (e.g. round Ø 120 mm, square 100 × 100 mm, flat 25 × 150 mm), the length or cut sizes needed, the quantity, whether you need cutting, and the delivery location.
Yes. We dispatch across Gujarat in our own vehicles, and supply industrial customers across India by road transport. Tell us the delivery location and we'll factor logistics into the quotation.
Yes — always. Every consignment ships with a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and a UT pass report to ASTM A388, prepared under ASNT Level II competence. No extra request needed.
