Tell us your required cut sizes with the inquiry — we quote cut-and-supply together. There's no minimum on cut pieces; we'll supply a single 80 mm length if that's what you need.
Yes — on request. Our core stock is alloy, carbon and tool steel, but we can source mild steel bar to your requirement alongside the rest of your order. For most fabrication applications, EN8 medium-carbon steel is a reasonable upgrade over mild steel at modest extra cost — better strength and machinability.
Our Material Test Certificate covers chemical composition and mechanical properties of the bar — which is what a welding-procedure approval body (PWPS, ASME IX, EN ISO 15614) needs as input. For higher-criticality applications that require third-party witness, EN 10204 Type 3.2 equivalent is available on request.
Yes, but they're not free-welding like mild steel. EN19 (4140) welds with preheat (typically 200–300 °C) and post-weld stress relief; EN24 (4340) needs more careful preheat, controlled cooling and post-weld heat treatment. For heavily loaded fabricated parts that need a high-tensile grade, the welding procedure matters as much as the bar — and we can advise on grade selection for weld-fabrication.
Yes — our own delivery vehicles handle dispatch across Gujarat directly to your workshop. For pan-India fabrication customers, we use road transport networks. Direct delivery to the workshop is typically more practical than to site, because of material handling and storage.
