Volume manufacturing is unforgiving — a missing consignment in the morning is a stopped line by afternoon. Saroj Enterprise is built for industrial buyers who need consistent material, on time, in the form their production stage expects. 400+ tonnes in ready stock, automatic precision cutting up to 600 mm, MTC and UT certificates as standard, and our own delivery fleet — we are set up to keep your line running.
Manufacturing customers don't buy steel — they buy uninterrupted supply. The grade matters, the size matters, the certificate matters — but what matters most is that material arrives when your production plan says it should, in the form your machines expect, with the paperwork your QA system needs.
We are set up for this. 400+ tonnes of ready stock across carbon, alloy and tool steel grades — held in the working sizes Indian manufacturing actually consumes. Five automatic CNC saws cutting up to 600 mm, so cut blanks arrive ready for the next operation. MTC and UT pass certificates on every consignment, no extra request. Our own delivery fleet for Gujarat, and a road-transport network for pan-India dispatch.
For regular customers we work on annual contracts and scheduled call-offs — hold dedicated stock against your forecast, dispatch on the cycle that suits your line, agree pricing in advance. The result, from the manufacturer's side: predictable material, predictable cost, predictable schedule.
The finished parts that start out as Saroj round, square, hex or forged bar — with the grades typically specified for each.
Cut blanks sized to your production line — saves your saw time, reduces offcut waste, tightens material yield.
Case-hardening grade bar for high-volume gear runs — held against schedule, dispatched on cycle.
Long-section through-hardening alloy bar for shafts and spindles. Often supplied in long-length cuts for further machining.
Tool and die steel for in-house tool rooms — D2, H13, OHNS held in the sizes manufacturers actually consume.
Bearing steel and hardened-and-tempered alloy bar for wear-loaded production parts.

Indian manufacturing's most-consumed engineering grade. Held in deep stock across diameter ranges for production volume.
The high-tensile alloy steel manufacturers reach for when EN8 isn't strong enough. Stock-held in working sizes.
For the heaviest manufacturing applications — large shafts, heavy gear blanks, parts where toughness is non-negotiable.
The default case-hardening grade for high-volume Indian automotive and machinery gear manufacturers.
Precision case-hardening grade for OEM gear-makers needing tight hardenability and grain control across volume runs.
High-volume bearing steel — held to manufacturing OEM specifications, UT-tested on every bar.
For in-house manufacturing tool rooms producing blanking and forming tooling. Held in standard block and bar sizes.
For die-casting and hot-work tooling consumed in automotive and engineering OEM manufacturing.
Manufacturing scale needs manufacturing-scale inventory. Common grades and sizes dispatched within the week, every week.
Agree your forecast, lock the pricing, hold dedicated stock against it. We dispatch on the cycle that suits your production plan.
Five automatic CNC saws cut to your exact dispatch sizes. Less in-house saw time, lower offcut percentage, better material yield.
Own vehicles handle local dispatch across Gujarat — no third-party scheduling, no last-minute carrier delays. We own the last mile.
MTC + UT pass report with every consignment, no extra request. Your incoming inspection has the file before the bar lands.
Four decades of manufacturing supply. We know which mills produce consistent material for volume runs, and we don't experiment with your line.
Yes. For regular customers we agree annual forecasts, scheduled deliveries and call-off arrangements — and hold dedicated stock against them. Pricing is locked at contract; dispatch is on the cycle that suits your production plan. Most of our long-running manufacturing accounts run on this basis.
Full-truck volumes are routine for us. We hold 400+ tonnes in ready stock across the main engineering grades, so bulk orders on stocked items dispatch within days, not weeks. For project allocations or kits, we coordinate sourcing, cutting and dispatch as a single package.
Yes — and for many manufacturing customers it's the most valuable part of what we do. Round, square and hex cut to exact dispatch sizes on five automatic CNC saws, typical tolerance ±0.5 mm on length. Your shop floor starts the day with sized blanks, not full lengths to crop.
Material Test Certificate (chemistry + mechanicals) plus UT pass report (ASTM A388) with every consignment. Both keyed to the heat number for full traceability. For OEM contracts that need third-party witness — typically for export or high-criticality applications — we arrange EN 10204 Type 3.2 equivalent documentation on request.
Tell us your annual volume estimate by grade and size — even rough. We come back with a working proposal: dedicated stock holding, agreed pricing, dispatch cycle. Most arrangements start informally and formalise as volumes grow.
Annual contracts, scheduled call-offs, cut-to-size and certified — supply that fits your planning cycle.
